Your Adventure Team is waiting to welcome you to the Highlands on an exciting and fun activity all year round!
Your Adventure Scotland is all about bespoke, guided adventures in the beautiful Scottish Highlands. Based in Fort William at the foot of Ben Nevis, we have access to the best mountains, lochs and rivers in the country and take great pride and pleasure when guiding you through these wonderful environments.
“Your Adventure” means your adventure! Put simply, it will be you, your party and your guide. This gives you total control and the ability to get what you want from Your Adventure day and enjoy it completely.
Your Adventure Scotland Ltd is owned and operated by husband and wife team; Richard and Sarah. With over 20 years of experience in the outdoor industry between them, Richard and Sarah have a huge passion for the outdoors and love nothing more than sharing that with you. They are, on occasion, helped out by a small number of handpicked instructors who help out at busy times, and share the same passion and energy for the outdoors as they do. Richard is a qualified Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor, trained Winter Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor, Winter Mountain Leader and member of The Association of Mountaineering Instructors. He is also an Advanced White Water Kayak leader, an Advanced Canoe Leader, and a Moderate White Water Kayak and Canoe Coach. He is most happy when he’s outside, and can almost always be seen with a smile on his face. Notable exceptions include; when he’s asked to paint something, or if the boiler breaks, again.
Sarah is the brains behind the operation. She is a qualified Mountain Leader, Rock Climbing Instructor and Canoe Leader. She has a great passion for conservation, geology and ecology, and her knowledge is bolstered by a degree in Zoology from Cardiff University.
Lupin is a dog. Barely qualified to do anything officially, he likes nothing more than jumping in bogs, barking at ripples and chasing his tail. He has done his fair share of Munros, rivers and scrambles, but his favourite place in the world is snuggled in front of the fire after a tiring day of being absolutely bonkers. You could argue, he’s the best member of the Your Adventure Team!
