Your Winter Walking Adventure

£150.00

£150 is a deposit only. Please email YAScotland@gmail.com for invoice and further pricing infomation. For a guide on prices, please see Your Adventure Prices.

Your Winter walking Adventure will see you and your qualified mountain guide tackle the best winter walking routes Scotland has to offer. You will be guided through the day, learning how to use the “Be Avalanche Aware” approach to keep you and your party safe in the challenging conditions that a Scottish Highland winter can throw at you.

No previous experience of winter walking is necessary, but due to the demanding nature of a Scottish winter day, a reasonable level of fitness is required to complete the hike.

We are happy to be flexible, and tailor the day to your aims and objectives, if you have a specific route or Munro in mind. Alternatively if you are looking for suggestions or just want to get out and about in the West Highland wilderness, get in contact and we will arrange your perfect Winter day!

Want to increase your skills in the winter environment, learn how to use an ice axe and crampons effectively, and effectively plan and carry out a safe winters’ journey? Check out Your Intro to Winter Skills Adventure.

We have a maximum guide to participant ratio of 1:6. If there are more than 6 of you in your party please get in touch and we can work out the best deal for you.

Winter dates run from November to the end of March.
